| By analyzing characters of manufacturing complicated aerospace products, using theory and method of contemporary project management, this paper explains a few methods in framework of organization, for example, building balanced array framework of organization, effectively resolving the problem in aerospace product-based Computer Integrated Manufacturing System Project organized management, provides useful management experience in enforcing digital project of military manufacturing enterprises. |
