针对特种车辆特殊使用环境和超重型承载要求,对其运动部位的悬挂系统、制动系统、行驶系统产生的相对摩擦,磨损失效问题进行了分析,介绍了提高运动零件耐磨性的多种润滑技术,并通过论证、试验、分析,确定了两种粘结固体润滑涂层HM-102、HM-1100在WS系列特种车辆上应用的可行性。 |

In view of the special operational environment and superheavy loading requirement of special vehicle, the friction produced by the motion position of suspension system, brake system and running system is analyzed, and various lubricating techniques are introduced. Demonstration, test and analysis guarantee the application feasibility of bonded solid lubrication coating HM-102 and HM-1100 on WS series special vehicle. |
