| This paper analyzes the structure of air cushion guide, the properties of structural materials and the characteristics of scale system for measuring machine, and discusses the effects of compressed air quality. Points for attention are proposed in how to provide the qualified compressed air, which can be used to ensure measurement accuracy and prolong service life for measuring machine. |
