根据复杂结构产品研制对数字化制造技术的需求,提出了基于三维模型的数字化工艺设计方法及其三维应用模式,阐述和分析了三维数字化工艺设计的内涵、研究现状及存在问题。对实现三维数字化工艺设计的三个关键问题进行了研究与分析。以三维工艺模型为基础的三维数字化工艺设计方法在复杂结构产品的研制中发挥着重要作用,是提高工艺设计水平,缩短研制周期的有效途径之一。 |

Some Key Issues in Three-dimensional Digital Process Planning and Their Research |

To meet the requirement of the complex structure product development on digital manufacturing technology, a three-dimensional model based digital process planning method and its three-dimensional application mode are presented in this paper. The connotation, research status and existing problems of three-dimensional digital process planning are addressed. Three key issues to realize 3D digital process planning have been discussed. The 3D digital process planning based on 3D manufacturing process model plays an important role in complex structure product development, which can effectively improve process planning and shorten product development cycle. |
