| 采用有限元法构建了Inconel718管材冷轧过程的模拟计算模型,并分析研究了不同参数(送进量、压下量、轧制周期)对冷轧管材的残余应力的影响。模拟结果表明,随着轧制送进量的增加,冷轧管材的残余应力逐渐降低;而压下量以及轧制周期的增加会导致冷轧管材残余应力升高。 |

| A simulation computed model for the cold-rolling process of Inconel 718 pipe was established by finite-element method in this research, and the influence of different parameters (feed range, rolling reduction and rolling cycle) on the residual stress of cold-roll pipe was analyzed and studied. The simulation results show that with the increase of feed range, the residual stress of cold-roll pipe decrease. However, the residual stress of cold-roll pipe inversely increased with both rolling reduction and rolling cycle increasing. |
