针对运载火箭薄壁管形件焊接装配同心度和同轴度越来越高的需求,研发了同步涨缩无侧隙环缝焊接装置。着重阐述了二元同步涨缩无侧隙环缝焊接装置的结构、焊接装置的共轭条件等。通过试验证明,二元同步涨缩无侧隙环缝焊接装置能自动保证对接件形面的同心度、同轴度、直线度及对接部件壁厚的均匀度,可以实现不同直径、不同长度的管路零件定位和焊接一次完成。 |

Abstract: |
According to higher and higher demand of the thin-wall tubular component’s welding and assembly of launch vehicle’s concentricity and the coaxial tolerance, a device of synchronous harmomegathus without lateral clearance girth welding is developed. The paper expounds the device’s structure, conjugate condition and so on. The experimental results show that the device can automatically ensure the weld assembly concentricity, coaxial tolerance, straightness and wall thickness’ homogeneity, and it can realize localization and one pass welding of different diameter and length. |
