阐述了TBC技术在航空发动机上的应用和发展。随着航空发动机技术的发展,要求热障涂层用陶瓷材料应具有更低的热导率和更高的相稳定性能。鉴于新型稀土复合氧化物材料具有热导率低、抗烧结能力强等优点而被认为有望作为新一代热障涂层候选材料。为提高TBC在储存期的抗腐蚀能力,可对其表面进行封孔处理。 |

The applications and developments of TBCs on aero engines are reviewed. The development of aero engines technology requires lower thermal conductivity and higher phase stability of ceramics for thermal barrier coatings. New type of rare-earth oxides-based series with low thermal conductivity and high ability of sintering resistance will be expected as a new generation materials for thermal barrier coatings. It is an effective way to seal the porosity to increase the corrosion resistance. |
