为了实现装配工艺知识的共享和重用,在归纳分析大量装配设计领域知识的基础上,构建了装配工艺知识的本体模型,并提出了装配工艺设计的知识建模流程。以齿轮减速器为实例,利用OWL本体描述语言和Protégé本体编辑工具,实现了齿轮减速器装配工艺知识本体的形式化描述,并用RacerPro本体推理机进行推理验证,以保证本体概念保持一致并分类完善。最后,本体被存入数据库完成了装配工艺知识建模,为构建装配工艺设计知识管理系统奠定了基础。 |

Abstract: |
In order to facilitate the sharing and reusing of assembly process knowledge, the ontology model is established based on summarizing and analyzing a vast amount of the domain knowledge. The specific workflow of knowledge modeling on assembly process is proposed. Taking the gear reducer for an instance, with OWL as an ontology description language and Protégé as an ontology editing tool, the formal description of the knowledge ontology of the reducer is realized. Then, RacerPro is used as an ontology inference engine to ensure that the ontology concept is consistent and the taxonomy is proper. Lastly, the ontology is stored in the relational database to complete the knowledge modeling, which is a foundation for establishing the knowledge system of assembly process. |
