为适应液氧煤油火箭研制材料选择需要,对材料与航天煤油相容性进行了试验研究。分别测试了金属材料质量、抗拉强度、腐蚀率、金相,非金属材料体积溶胀、质量、硬度及煤油外观、成分、酸值、胶质、电导率、机械杂质,对测试结果进行综合分析后,可以得到:不锈钢F151、不锈弹簧钢丝1Cr18Ni9Ti、铝青铜QAL9-4、弹性合金3J1、氟塑料Fs-46、氟塑料Fs-3与航天煤油为1级相容。 |

Abstract: |
For the material choice of the LO2-kerosene rocket manufacture, the compatibility experiment of material with kerosene was carryied out. In the experiment, some capabilities were measured on mass, tensile strength, corrosion rate, metallographic structure of metal, volume, mass, rigidity of nonmetal and aspect, component, acid volume, colloid, conductance, mechanical impurity of kerosene. From the integrated analysis of those capabilities, a conclusion was obtained that the compatibility is acceptable of kerosene with steel F151, steel wire 1Cr18Ni9Ti, alloy QAL-4, alloy 3J1, Fs-46, Fs-3. |
