针对某型航空发动机减速器输入级结合面漏油的故障,采用建立故障树的故障模式影响分析方法,准确定位,从五个方面分析了故障产生的机理,逐一排除,确定了减速器轴承失效的性质和原因,回油部位堵塞造成轴承循环冷却不畅是造成本次故障的主要原因。最后,针对性地制定了相应的改进措施和建议,严格控制涂胶工艺。 |

Abstract: |
The oil leakage fault is discovered when the oil level lower than normal standard air motor reducer junction surface. In the paper, the failure modes and effects analysis of fault tree is constituted. Mechanism of fault emerging is analysed from five aspects with accurate fault location. The characters and reasons are confirmed in the bearing’s invalidation in the reducer through the exclusive method. The main reason is that the position of return oil is blocked. In addition, improvement actions and proposals are given out pertinently. The technology of gluing must be controlled strictly. |
