针对航天科研院所目前高密度发射、多个型号任务并行、多种技术状态共存、研制节点难以保证等现状,运用Petri网建模分析工具,通过建立工艺流程逻辑模型,提出面向过程缓冲区控制的管理模式及方法。该模式以型号项目责任制为组织架构,对工艺过程迟滞现象进行主动控制,实现对过程时间周期的控制。某新型型号项目实践表明,该管理模式能有效抑制缓冲区规模,缩减过程时间周期,进而推进项目进展。 |

Based on the current statues of high density launching, various aerospace projects proceeding parallel, several technique statues existing at the same time and time schedule being hardly guaranteed et al. Management model and method facing process control in buffer zone was put forward by using Petri nets model and logic model of technique process. This management model was constructed by the responsibility regulation of aerospace projects, which can be used to control the slow state of technique process and the cycle of project proceeding. According to the application in the new aerospace project, it was proved that this management model can reduce the buffer zone effectivly, shorten the cycle of project proceeding, and advance the project process. |
