Ti2AlNb基合金由于具有高的比强度、断裂韧性和高温强度等优点而备受关注,本文研究脉冲激光和连续激光焊接对Ti-22Al-27Nb合金焊缝成形和室温拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,脉冲激光焊接Ti-22Al-27Nb合金焊缝容易形成气孔,连续激光焊接可得到无气孔且成形较好的焊缝。连续激光焊接时Ti-22Al-27Nb合金焊接接头抗拉强度随焊接热输入增加而增大,最高可达到母材的95%,断口形貌主要是解理或准解理断裂。脉冲焊接时抗拉强度均未超过母材的80%,脉冲焊接时断口形貌为解理断裂。 |

Ti2AlNb-based alloy has become the focus of attention due to their higher specific strength, fracture toughness and better room-temperature ductility. The effect of pulsed laser welding and continuous laser welding acted on the appearance and the tensile properties of Ti-22Al-27Nb alloy were investigated. The result showed that porosity is easy to be formed in the welded joints of Ti-22Al-27Nb alloy with pulsed laser welding. A well-quality joint without porosity can be obtained by using continuous laser welding. The tensile strength of the joints increases along with the heat input increases and the highest tensile strength of the joints reach 95% of the base metal by using continuous laser welding. The corresponding fractograph exhibited cleavage and quasi-cleavage fracture pattern. The tensile strength of all the joints welded by pulsed laser welding has not achieved 80% of the base metal and the corresponding fractograph showed cleavage fracture pattern. |
