采用了镜像拉深成形技术,对运载火箭整流罩开展成形工艺研究,分析了传统落压成形整流罩存在的起皱等质量问题。通过镜像拉深成形,重点研究了压边力、阴模圆角等对成形质量的影响,并对零件进行了壁厚尺寸的测量。研究表明,采用镜像拉深成形的整流罩,其型面尺寸精度高,零件表面的起皱得到明显消除,零件成形质量稳定,可靠性高,整流罩零件生产效率得到极大提高。 |

Abstract: |
Symmetrical deep drawing of carrier rocket fairing was researched in this paper,and some quality problems such as wrinkle in traditional drop compacting forming were analyzed. By using symmetrical deep drawing, the effects of blank holder force and die fillet on the forming quality were studied significantly, by the way, the wall thickness of formed part was measured. The research shows that fairing formed by symmetrical deep drawing has high dimensional accuracy, reliability and surface quality. Furthermore, the forming efficiency of fairing was improved greatly. |
