以某卫星推进系统表面张力贮箱为研究对象,介绍了一种薄壁壳体的ANSYS有限元建模方法,并运用其完成贮箱壳体的静力学分析、模态分析和稳定性分析,有效模拟贮箱空间环境适应性;分析了贮箱的主要性能影响因素,使其能够避免因设计结构不合理而造成的破坏、共振及失稳。结果表明:薄壁壳体的建模方法准确、合理;根据对结构的仿真计算,识别出薄弱区,可进一步针对薄弱点优化和完善设计。 |

Based ona propellant satellite surface tension tank, a finite element modeling method of a thin-wall tank wasintroducedon ANSYS, and statics analysis, modal analysis and stability analysiscouldeffectively simulate environmental adaptationon the space condition.In addition,the primary factors to influence performance of productwas analyzedto make tank avoid destruction, resonance and unstability because of irrational design. Results show that: the modeling method is accurate and reasonable; thesimulation can find outdesign’sweak-fields and make them get optimization and perfection. |
