选用某特种硅橡胶O形密封圈实际装配压缩率,对其进行热空气加速老化试验,利用时温等效原理及阿累尼乌斯方程对O形圈老化数据进行统计分析,建立25℃温度下特种硅橡胶O形圈压缩永久变形性能与时间的关系方程。从而求得25℃贮存温度下装机贮存20年后该特种硅橡胶O形圈的压缩永久变形性能变化范围,评估其是否满足20年装机贮存要求。 |

Choose actual assembly compression ratio of a certain special silicone rubber O-ring, perform hot air accelerated aging test, statistically analyze the O-ring aging data using of time-temperature equivalence principle and the Arrhenius equation, establish the relationship equation of special silicone rubber O-ring compression permanent deformation and the time in 25℃ temperature. Obtained compression permanent deformation performance range of the special silicone rubber O-ring after storage in 20 years in 25℃ storage temperature, evaluate whether meet the requirements of 20 years installed storage. |
