基于动态显式算法的ABAQUS/Explicit分析模块对开口型非对称薄壁铝合金型材拉弯成形过程进行了数值模拟分析。研究发现:通过内加填充物、合理的模具形状设计和较大的预拉值共同作用下,能有效防止开口型非对称薄壁型材在拉弯过程中易出现的上缘塌陷和截面畸变的现象。 |

Abstract: |
The analysis module of Abaqus/Explicit, based on Dynamic explicit algorithm, was adopted to simulate the stretch bending process on open asymmetric thin-walled aluminum alloy profile. The results show that the way of inner rubber support, proper die shape design and the bigger pre-stretch provide combined action to avoid the upper-side collapse and section distortion effectively during the stretch bending process on open asymmetric thin-walled aluminum alloy profile. |
