开展TC4钛合金小曲率薄壁筒形件冷滚弯成形数值模拟研究,建立了TC4钛合金薄板冷滚弯成形三维有限元模型,通过工艺试验,验证了模型的可靠性及稳定性。采用虚拟正交试验分析方法,对滚弯过程中上辊下压量、侧辊移动距离等工艺参数对零件回弹影响进行了分析,得到了各工艺参数对回弹影响的显著性及趋势。 |

Abstract: |
A study of numerical simulation of the cold roll-bending process of small curvature thin-walled tubular workpieces for TC4 titanium allay is developed. The 3D finite element model for the formation of TC4 sheet has been built. The reliability and stability of this model are validated by experiments. The effect of processing parameters to the springback of thin-walled tubular workpiece is studied comprehensively by the adoption of virtual orthogonal tests. The variational law of the processing parameters is obtained. |
