通过Abaqus有限元仿真模拟软件,分析了TC11钛合金旋压过程应力应变分布情况,得到了在旋轮与坯料接触区,坯料受到切向、径向和轴向压应力,在坯料的内层,金属受到较大的轴向拉应力,在已成形区和未成形区,金属分别受压应变和拉应变,根据分析结果,预测了钛合金旋压过程中可能出现断裂、隆起和胀径缺陷。 |

Analyzing the distributing instance of TC11 titanium alloy during the spinning process by Abaqus software, finding that the billet has press-stress of the shear direction, radial direction and axis direction for the contact region of the roller and the billet, and in the inner, the billet has large draw-stress in the axis direction. In the forming and unformed section, the billet respectively has press-stress and draw-stress. Forecasting some problem during the spinning process based on the analysis result, such as rupture, hunch and diameter inflation. |
