本文在对某固体发动机喷管摆动特性分析的基础上,针对箭上排油软管、滚控发动机、伺服油源及发动机喷管之间的接口和相对位置关系,设计了一种基于铰链原理的发动机喷管摆动模拟工装。经过试验证明,该工装能够满足排油软管地面摆动试验及干涉检查要求。本文设计的工装首次实现了管路产品随发动机喷管摆动的地面试验模拟,为型号研制及后续型号应用提供了新思路。 |

Meanwhile, it provides some application cases about the application of anti-error technique. |
