蜂窝夹层结构板生产过程中,蜂窝芯上下表面需要进行涂胶作业。传统的手工涂胶质量不稳定、生产效率低。本文提出了一种将胶膜热熔、吹破,使其均匀附着在蜂窝芯上下表面的工艺,对实现此工艺的设备进行了详细设计。通过试验证实,该设备有效提高了生产质量、效率。 |

In the production process of honeycomb sandwich structure board, both sides of the honeycomb core need to be gelatinized with coating. However, in the traditional manual process, the quality of production cannot be guaranteed and the production efficiency is low. In this paper a technique is proposed to heat up and melt the glue coating on both sides of the honeycomb board, so that the glue coating layers are evenly distributed. The equipment based on this technique has been designed and tested, and the experiment result shows that this technique has effectively increased the quality and efficiency of production. |
