定义筒形件的伸长效率来表征筒形件强旋变形流动协调性。采用有限元软件abaqus模拟了厚壁坯料的正旋过程,分析了进给比和道次减薄率两个工艺参数,以及厚度和直径两个坯料结构参数对厚壁筒坯旋压伸长效率的影响。模拟分析结果表明:强旋筒形件的伸长效率随进给比的增大而减小;道次减薄率增大,伸长效率也增大,但增大速率逐渐减小;坯料厚度在15~40mm时,随着坯料厚度的增大,伸长效率近似线性降低;坯料直径对伸长效率没有明显影响。 |

Tube elongation efficiency was defined to characterize material deformation compatibility in tube power spinning. Deformation in forward tube spinning of thick-wall billet was simulated with software abaqus, and the influences of feed rate, one-pass reduction, billet thickness and diameter on elongation efficiency were analyzed. The results show that tube elongation efficiency in power spinning decreases with the rise of feed rate. With the increasing of one-pass reduction, the efficiency increases at a decreasing speed. With billet thickness from 15mm to 40mm, the efficiency declines almost linearly. The effect of billet diameter on the efficiency is not obvious. |
