以导弹舱段连接螺栓作为研究对象,通过基于ANSYS的有限元静力仿真,确定舱段连接螺栓及连接部位的应力状态,同时模拟导弹飞行环境进行振动、模态及功率谱仿真分析,得出一定安全系数下导弹舱段连接螺栓最佳拧紧力矩值适用范围,能够有效避免靠经验法安装造成的螺栓损坏及未拧紧等诸多风险,提高导弹产品的质量与可靠性。 |

Abstract: |
With the research object of missile cabin connecting bolts, the stress state of the cabin connecting bolts and connecting parts are determined by means of the finite element static simulation. Meanwhile, the vibration, modal and the power spectrum simulation are carrid out by simulating missile flight environment, to get the best bolts tightening torque under certain safety factor, which can effectively avoid the damage caused by the empirical method and improve the missile’s quality and reliability. |
