针对波导件精度高、上下异型、多腔一体的结构特点,分析了工艺实现难点,提出了慢走丝线切割加工上下异型腔体的工艺策略,探讨了结构复杂、具有多个上下异形腔体工件的线切割加工原理和关键问题,并就多腔整体加工的工艺路线进行了设计。加工零件的检测数据表明:一体化慢走丝线切割加工工艺路线和方法能实现上下异型、多腔一体波导件的高精度加工。 |

According to the characteristics of laid abnormity and multi-cavity waveguide pieces with high precision, this paper analyzed the machining difficulties and proposed processing strategy by WEDM. The principle and key problem were discussed and processing route was designed. The measuring results proved that WEDM processing can satisfy the requirements of laid abnormity and multi-cavity waveguide pieces with high precision. |
