建立了钛合金舱体双光束激光焊接的三维有限元模型,计算了钛合金双光束激光焊过程中的温度场分布,与试验结果进行了对比,验证了有限元模型的有效性。在此仿真模型的基础上,计算了钛合金双光束激光焊接的残余应力和焊后变形情况,与原有的氩弧焊接结果进行了比较。结果表明,采用双激光束激光焊接能有效降低钛合金舱体焊接变形。 |

A three dimensional FEM model on dual-beam laser welding of titanium alloy cabin is established in this paper. The temperature field is calculated and compared with the experiment results to verify the validation of the FEM model. Based on the FEM model, the welding residual stresses and distortion of dual-beam laser welding for titanium alloy cabin are compared with TIG welding. The results show that the welding distortion of titanium alloy can be decreased effectively by laser welding method. |
