利用有限元软件ANSYS及其内部开发语言(APDL和UIDL)对扭簧进行了参数化的建模,封装繁杂的ANSYS命令流以避免交互性差、不易使用的GUI操作,形成了界面友好、操作便捷高效的扭簧扭转变形建模仿真程序。通过仿真结果和计算结果的比较,表明该扭簧扭转变形建模仿真程序能够对扭簧的扭转变形进行快速、可靠的仿真分析,对扭簧零件的设计、校核以及扭转试验将起到指导和参考的作用。 |

Parametric modeling method is applied to the analysis procedure using the finite element software ANSYS and its internal development language that includes APDL and UIDL. Thanks to the package of the complex ANSYS command streams, the simulation analysis program of torsion spring torsion deformation is developed. And the bad interactive and not user-friendly GUI operations of ANSYS are avoided. The comparison between the simulation result and the calculation result indicates the simulation analysis program can make fast and reliable analyses to torsion spring torsion deformation. This article is meaningful to the design and checking of the torsion spring. |
