针对复合舱段防热层胶接套装成型过程中,传统套装工艺方法防热层与金属壳体易出现大面积脱粘的问题,通过对不同胶液的粘度、活性期测试以及缩比件预留灌胶通道试验,得出了一种可靠且切实可行的胶接套装工艺方法,有效解决了防热层与金属壳体大面积脱粘问题,提高了胶接套装产品的合格率。 |

Abstract: |
During the adhesive bonding and casing process of thermal protection layer on composite cabin, the large scale debonding easily occurs between the thermal protection layer and the metal shell by traditional method. Based on the viscosity test, the activity period test, and experiment of reserving glue pouring channel for scale reduced model, a reliable and feasible method of adhesive bonding technology is proposed. The problem of large scale debonding can be solved effectively and the qualified rate of adhesive bonding products is also improved. |
