针对数据远距离传输过程中出现的信号失真、抗干扰能力差等问题,以测试仪和转位机构(包含控制盒)数据传输为例,提出了一种改进设计方案,即在转位机构上进行数据处理后,再将其经单片机串口RS422传输方式发送至控制盒,解决了信号远距离传输可靠性问题,提高了测试精度。 |

Abstract: |
Aiming for the problems of signal distortion and poor anti-interference ability during the data remote transmission, an improved design method was presented with an example of data transmission between the test equipment and the rotary structure (including the control box). The processed data on the rotary structure was sent to the control box using RS422 by single chip computer, in order to solve the problem of signal transmission reliability at a distance and improve the testing precision. |
