通过工艺试验,研究了工艺参数对铣磨力与铣磨表面质量的影响。结果表明,较高的主轴转速、较低的进给速度与铣磨宽度是降低铣磨力的有效手段,铣磨工具的磨粒颗粒度是影响铣磨表面质量的主要因素。通过对一系列典型高体积分数SiCp/Al复合材料航天结构件进行样件加工,验证了铣磨工艺的可行性与有效性。 |

Abstract: |
The effect of the machining parameters on the mill-grinding force and the surface roughness was investigated. The results show that the high speed of spindle, low feed rate and low cutting depth, were an effective way to reduce the mill-grinding force, and the size of the abrasive is the major factor which influences the surface roughness. A series of aerospace structure were successfully machined, and the validity of the milling-grinding method was proved. |
