利用ANSYS建立导弹中典型薄壁钛合金零件加工系统的有限元模型。通过模态分析得到零件加工系统的颤振特性,进而对其进行谐响应动力学分析,得到加工系统的动态响应特性。基于VC++自主开发切削颤振控制平台用以优化切削参数,实现了薄壁钛合金零件的切削颤振控制及高效精密加工。 |

Abstract: |
This Paper uses ANSYS to establish the finite element model of parts machining system for typical thin-walled titanium alloy parts in missile. The modal analysis of ANSYS is used to obtain the vibration characteristics, then adopting the dynamic harmonic response analysis to get the dynamic response characteristics of the machining system. The cutting vibration control platform is developed based on VC++ to optimize the cutting parameters, which realizes the cutting vibration control as well as high efficient and precision machining. |
