通过扫描电镜、热分析技术(TG)等测试手段研究某装备用特种硅橡胶密封圈在压缩力作用下经过不同温度、不同时间加速贮存后的微观形貌、表面元素变化以及热稳定性变化等,分析硅橡胶密封圈原始试样与加速贮存后试样的相关性能对比,对硅橡胶密封制品的装机贮存老化机理进行探讨。 |

Using the technique of scanning electron microscope and thermo-analysis technology (TG), study on the micro-morphology, surface element variation and thermal stability of the special silicon rubber sealing rings, which would affected by accelerated storage tests of the different temperature and different time under the compression force. Analyze the related properties between the original sample and the sample which was tested by accelerated storage test. Discuss installed storage aging mechanism of silicon rubber sealing products. |
