通过对现有承压筒体内孔加工工艺的分析,指出现存工艺路线存在的问题,从改善工艺路线中制约产品质量和生产率的瓶颈入手,提出利用数控技术与传统工艺相结合、以珩代磨的工艺方法,为解决该类型零件加工工艺问题探索全新的解决思路。 |

Abstract: |
This study indicates the problems of the process route by analyzing processing technic of existing confined cylinder endoporus. In order to improve the product quality and productivity, a new processing method is raised to combine numerical control technique and traditional process, and use honing instead of grinding. This method provides a new idea to solve processing technic problems for this kind of components. |
