针对伺服作动器壳体在电加工穿线孔过程中操作失误导致的局部伤痕,对作动器壳体局部伤痕产生的影响进行了ansys有限元分析,以及在要求的随机振动环境条件下伤痕部位附近的应力分布,最终得出在要求的随机振动环境条件下伤痕不会导致其附近发生破坏的结论,认为该批伤痕产品可以正常使用。 |

Abstract: |
During the mechanical processing of a threading hole on some servo actuator shells, local scars are made on the whole batch of shells because of some improper operations. The influence of the scars is analyzed with the ansys software, and the stress distributions in the random vibration environments are analyzed. The conclusion that the scars cannot cause the failure of the shell’s material in the required random vibration environment conditions is obtained. The scarred shells can be used as normal products. |
