分析了生产单元布局仿真优化过程,给出了生产单元布局评价指标。并构建了多品种小批量壳体生产单元的多个布局仿真模型,对仿真结果进行了对比分析和优化。仿真结果表明,生产单元布局仿真优化能够在缩短设计与制造周期、降低生产与物流成本、提高设备利用率等方面为生产决策起到重要作用。 |

Abstract: |
The performance influence of shell manufacturing cells layout was analyzed and the analysis results provided scientific decision of the multi-varieties and small-batch cell. Manufacturing cells layout optimization simulation process was also analyzed and manufacturing cells layout evaluation indexes were proposed. Three multi-varieties and small-batch manufacturing cells layout simulation model was built and the simulation results were analyzed and optimized the simulation model. Simulation results show that the manufacturing cells layout and optimization had significant effect on production efficiency, which proved the scientific decision on reduce production time and logistics costs, promote the facility utilization. |
