分析了航天企业预研核心技术的评价方法,主要包括核心技术识别及核心技术发展优先级。结合航天企业预研技术的特点,采用指标权重判断矩阵对核心技术识别指标进行了权重计算,构建了预研核心技术识别评价方法;采用层次分析法与比例分配法确定了核心技术发展优先级评价方法中的评价标准及权重,基于QFD关系矩阵建立了4级评价等级。 |

This paper introduces an evaluation method of core technology in aerospace enterprise, including recognition and prioritization of research technology. A set of criteria was established according to aerospace enterprise characteristics, used AHP and prorate assessing the weight of each evaluation standard. The grade of evaluation criteria was set by QFD (quality function deployment) relationship matrix. |
