针对现有运载火箭增压气瓶气密检测方法工序复杂、周期长,难以满足航天产品要求,设计了基于机器人视觉的复合气瓶气密自动检测系统。该系统包括检测机械装置系统、控制系统、机器人视觉检测系统设计。并采用该系统对某型复合气瓶进行了试验检测,检测结果表明,复合气瓶气密自动检测系统可以高效、可靠地完成试验检测。 |

Abstract: |
The airtight detection process of booster cylinders which used by the new generation of carrier rocket is complicated, and also the long period is difficult to meet the requirements of aerospace products. This article designed airtight automatic detection system of composite cylinders based on robot vision, which comprises a detection mechanism system, control system, and robot vision inspection system. A certain type of composite cylinders using this system was tested, which shows that composite cylinders airtight automatic detection system can reliably and efficiently complete the test for detection. |
