分析了颤振问题的原因和AMESim仿真计算;提出了阀芯增加衬套、增加阻尼结构和利用阀芯不平衡面积的方法,分别进行了仿真分析和试验验证。结果表明,阀芯增加衬套的方法可保证阀门功能正常但无法消除颤振,其余两种方法均可有效抑制颤振现象。研究结果对气体单向阀的防颤振设计有较大的指导作用。 |

Abstract: |
The mechanism of flutter was analyzed and simulated by AMESim. Methods of adding bush on spool, adding damp and using imbalance spool were put forward and analyzed through simulation and experiment. The results indicated adding bush on spool can make sure the normal working of valve but cannot prevent flutter, while the other two methods can effectively eliminate flutter. The study served as a great guidance to the anti-flutter design of gas check valve. |
