利用组态软件双冗余技术实现航天零件热处理工艺控制,主要完成装炉前各工业炉工艺信息的统一配置下载,热处理炉(淬火槽)实时温度的集中采集、曲线显示、电子报表生成、历史数据查询等功能。同时将模糊PID用于热处理炉炉温控制系统。结果表明:该系统炉温控制效果好,系统可靠性高。 |

Abstract: |
Use double redundancy design of configuration technology to realize the control of heat treatment process in space flight. It is mainly used to accomplish the function of configuration information before heat treatment, gaining in-time temperature of heat treatment furnace or quenching tank, displaying curve graph, creating report forms, referring history data and so on. Fuzzy PID controller is proposed to temperature stability control. Result shows that the system obtains good control effects in practical applications and has advantages of high reliability. |
