为减小弹体稳定翼尺寸,同时保证翼面能够承受较大过载,设计了具有两种锁紧装置的折叠翼结构。建立了折叠翼展开过程的微分方程,并使用Adams多体动力学软件建立仿真模型,对折叠翼的展开过程和锁紧过程进行了动力学仿真分析。得到了展开角度、角速度、动能曲线以及锁紧销动作位移随时间变化的曲线。仿真结果表明,翼面能够迅速展开到位,两种分析结果吻合较好,锁紧装置能够动作并锁紧内外翼面。 |

Abstract: |
In order to?decrease?the size of the folding wing and to strengthen its structure,?a kind of?folding wing?structure with?two?locking devices was designed.?A differential equation?of the deploying process of folding wing was established. Meanwhile, a dynamic?simulation model?of?the deploying?and locking?process was constructed by using the multi-body dynamic software Adams.?The?relations of the rotating angle,?angular velocity of the outboard wing change with time were obtained.?The results reveal a good agreement between the?two models. In the case of the simulation model,?the outboard wing can?deploy in place rapidly and be locked reliably. |
