针对补偿器采用传统焊接工艺存在的质量问题,开展内配式接头大口径补偿器真空电子束焊接技术研究。主要从焊前配车、工装设计、精密装配、焊接轨迹规划、电子束焊接、焊接变形控制等方面进行工艺攻关。产品焊接质量符合要求,在大口径薄壁件的焊接应用方面具有示范作用。 |

Abstract: |
Aimed at the quality problem of bellows which used traditional welding technology, the EBW research of large diameter bellows with inside assemble joint was carried out. The primary research items include cooperative turning before welding, work fixture design, precise assemble, welding path planning, electron beam welding, and the controlling of welding deformation. The product welding quality satisfied with the requirements and set an example of welding application on large diameter-thin wall products. |
