通过分析导致薄壁缸筒加工变形的刚度、夹紧力和切削力等主要因素,采取柔质棉线挤压填充、气囊充压填充或气胀轴充压填充薄壁缸筒内孔的措施,提高薄壁缸筒的静刚度、动刚度,抑制其切削加工时震颤;采取双锥顶尖顶正薄壁缸筒两端的轴向装夹措施,消除薄壁缸筒的径向状夹变形,防止其切削加工前后失圆;采取高转速、小进给、多次切削的处理措施,显著降低切削应力,实现切削变形最小。在以上措施的综合作用下,实现了薄壁缸筒外圆的稳态切削加工,得到了良好的尺寸公差、形状公差、位置公差及表面粗糙度。 |

Abstract: |
By reason analysis of machining deformation of thin-walled cylinder tubes, including the rigidity, clamping force, turning force etc, this thesis takes such measures as stuffing inner tube holes with soft cotton, pressurized air-bags or pressurized air shafts to improve the static and dynamic rigidity of thin-walled cylinder tubes and restrict the vibration caused by turning and machining. The axial clamping fixture with dual conical points is adopted to eliminate the radial clamping deformation by fixing both ends of thin-walled cylinder tubes and accordingly ensure their roundness after turning and machining. Furthermore, methods of high rotational speed, slight feeding, repeated turning are applied to decrease the turning stress significantly and achieve the minimum of turning deformation. Due to the integrated effects of the measures, the stable turning and machining of the outer diameter of the tube can be conducted successfully, finally achieving the satisfying dimensional tolerance, form tolerance, position tolerance as well as surface roughness. |
