结合航天器推进系统管路研制的特点,提出了一种面向制造的航天器管路数字化设计方法,介绍了航天器管路的设计思路,描述了管线库定义选取、管阀件标准组合布局、管路焊缝设计、管路三维标注、管路信息输出的实现方式,规范了航天器管路三维模型体系,统一了管路建模及信息表达方式,构建了航天器管路数字化设计系统。目前已经在遥感、导航、深空探测多个型号中得到了应用,对提升航天器管路研制能力具有显著效益。 |

Combining with the characteristics of spacecraft propulsion system pipeline development, a spacecraft pipeline digital design method oriented to manufacturing is proposed in this paper. The spacecraft pipeline design ideas are introduced. The implementations of definition and selection of pipeline libraries, layout of pipe valves standard combinations, design of pipeline welds, 3D labeling of pipeline, output of pipeline information are described. It can standardize the 3D model hierarchies of spacecraft pipeline, also can unify the way of pipeline modeling and information expression. On the basis of this method, the spacecraft pipeline digital design system was developed, which has been applied in many products of the domain of remote sensing, navigation and deep space exploration. This is of great benefit to improving the spacecraft pipeline development ability. |
