基于金属热防护结构的等效热传导理论,采用有限元分析软件建立了等效模型,运用热传导分析求解器开展瞬态热传导分析。结果表明:建立的等效热传导模型可以准确地模拟金属蜂窝的温度场分布情况,相差不超过2.0%。采用等效模拟方法,对金属热防护结构的几何尺寸,包括上下壁板厚度、蜂窝芯壁厚、蜂窝芯高度以及蜂窝内切圆直径等设计变量开展尺寸优化设计,获得了满足温度等约束条件的最优解。优化后金属热防护结构重量下降了40%,减重效果明显。 |

Abstract: |
Based on the effective heat transfer theory, the effective finite element models were established to simulate the transient heat transfer for metallic thermal protection structure. The results show that the effective model could exactly simulate the temperature field of the real metallic honeycomb model and the most difference was 2.0%. Furthermore, the effective method was used to optimization design the sizing of the metallic thermal protection structure. The design variables were thickness of upper and down panels, the wall thickness of metallic honeycomb, the height of metallic honeycomb and the inscribed circle diameter of metallic honeycomb. Through the iterative calculation by the optimization algorithm, the optimized result was obtained finally. Compared with the former, the weight of metallic thermal protection structure was reduced by 40%. |
