针对航天器三维协同设计过程中接口关系复杂、技术状态控制难度大的问题,提出了一种基于模型信息传递的总体、结构和热控三维模型协同设计方法。介绍了协同体系架构、模型协同内容、模型参照关系选取、协同设计流程、发布模型内容、人员责任分工和应用效果,规范航天器总体、结构和热控协同设计及投产制造的工作过程。目前已经应用于多颗人造地球卫星研制,可以提高航天器的研制效率和设计质量。 |

To solve the problems of the complex interface and the state control difficulty during spacecraft collaborative design, a system, structure and thermo control collaborative design method is proposed. The collaborative architecture, model interaction, model reference selection, collaborative design process, release model content, personnel responsibility and application effect are listed. The method standardize system, structure and thermo control collaborative design and releases to manufacturing process, At present, it has been applied to several satellites, which can also improve the efficiency and quality of other spacecraft. |
