为提高伺服阀反馈杆小球工作寿命,通过研究与应用一种涂层技术,将TiAlN涂层涂至反馈杆小球表面,通过伺服阀百万次寿命试验,结果表明小球及涂层磨损量仍符合技术要求,通过试验验证,TiAlN涂层可大大延长反馈杆小球的工作寿命,提高了伺服阀的稳定性和可靠性。 |

Abstract: |
A coating technology was researched and developed in order to?improve?the working life?of servo valve feedback rod globule. The TiAlN film was deposited on the feedback rod globule and according to life cycles tests (over 1 million cycles), the abrasion loss of globules and films met the technical requirements. Therefore the tests had proved that the TiAlN film could significantly increase the working life?of feedback rod globule and improve the stability and reliability of servo valves. |
