D406A钢确认试样热处理后抗拉强度不合格,利用化学成分、显微组织等方法对抗拉强度不合格原因进行了分析。结果表明:由于氮气保护装置失效,造成退火过程中确认试样出现脱碳,而脱碳是导致式确认试样抗拉强度不合格的主要原因。整改后有效防止退火脱碳,使生产顺利进行。 |

Abstract: |
The heatment confirmation specimens of D406A steel appeared the tensile strength disqualification. The reason was analyzed by chemical composition and microstructure. The results show that the disqualification reason is failure of nitrogen gas protection unit, which made decarburization of confirmation specimens in annealing process. Rectification measures can effectively prevent annealing decarborization and impulse production favourably. |
