针对航天产品尺寸大、装配零件多的特点,为了保证总装配过程中螺纹锁紧不致出现重大事故,必须在力矩控制及管理方面做到准确无误。基于此,设计了总装配过程中螺纹锁紧的力矩控制和管理方案,对螺纹连接力矩施加工艺、方法以及力矩自动施加过程进行控制、记录、数据管理的方法进行了论述,适用于各种机械装配过程中螺纹的紧固。 |

To avoid the occurrence of serious accident caused by screw unlocking in the process of final assembly, the accuracy of torque control and management must be made sure, according to the characters of big product size and many assembly parts of aerospace products. Based on these characters, the torque control and management scheme in the final assembly has stated how to use the craft and method, and how the process continues, to explain how the screw can keep fastened. |
