针对微型涡轮喷气发动机排气温度高,且排气温度对发动机起动过程影响大的状况,提出了一种发动机自适应补偿温度测量电路设计方法,该方法利用二极管的温度特性与热电偶分度表电动势相匹配的原则,可以实现变环境温度下发动机排气温度的准确测量。同时使用PSPICE软件对设计电路进行了数字仿真,仿真证明自适应补偿温度测量电路原理可行,满足发动机排气温度的测量要求。 |

For micro turbojet engine exhaust temperature is high, and the exhaust temperature of engine have a large influence on starting process, this paper proposes an designation method of engine adaptive compensation temperature measurement circuit. The method use this principle that temperature characteristic of diode matches with the thermocouple indexing table electromotive force, and can realize engine exhaust temperature measuration in the condition of the variable ambient temperature accurately. At the same time digital simulation besed on PSPICE is done, the simulation proved that the principle of adaptive compensation temperature measurement circuit is feasible and meet the needs of the engine exhaust temperature measurement. |
