针对航天产品质量、质心测试精度的要求,对试验获得参数进行精度评估分析。评估中分析了三点试验法,综合考虑了航天产品质量、质心测试的原理误差量,通过有限元分析方法获得试验工况下工装的变形量和工装加工制造误差量,保证了质量特性参数获取过程的可靠性,取得了良好的工程效果。 |

Abstract: |
According to the requirements of the mass and centroid measurement accuracy of aerospace product, the evaluation and analysis on the experimental parameters are made. By using the test method of three point in evaluation analysis, the principle error of aerospace quality and centroid measurement, and the deformation occurring in the test conditions of tooling based on the finite element calculation and the tooling manufacturing errors are considered, which ensure the reliability of the process of obtaining quality parameters and achieve good engineering effects. |
