为验证机构设计的正确性和工作可靠性,通过分析探测器悬梯机构纵向空间展开过程,确定微低重力卸载系统的设计方案并建立数学模型。详细设计微低重力卸载系统,应用于探月工程某探测月面微低重力环境下悬梯机构展开功能测试。同时,为其他机构产品在地面模拟月面环境或其他微低重力环境下的空间展开试验验证提供参考价值。 |

To verify the reliability and correctness of the mechanism design, the design programs of gravity unloading system are determined and the mathematical model is built by analyzing the process of the spatial deployment. The detailed design of the unloading system have been applied to a ramp mechanism in the lunar exploration program. This paper can provide some reference value for the spatial deployment experiment of mechanisms in micro or low gravity environment. |
