以八甲基环四硅氧烷和双甲基双苯基环硅氧烷为原料合成了苯基硅橡胶,FTIR结构表征证实了分子中苯环基团的存在,NMR谱图表明该硅橡胶为高苯基(10.2%)含量硅橡胶,GPC测试显示该硅橡胶分子量及其分布分别为3.39×104和1.51;经热氧稳定剂三氧化二铁、轻质隔热填料中空玻璃微珠、增强体玻璃纤维等功能化填料改性,制备了一种具有优异热稳定性的耐高温高苯基硅橡胶材料,该硅橡胶在氮气中的热分解起始温度为445℃。 |

Phenyl silicone rubber was synthesized by octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane siloxane and dimethyl diphenyl siloxane ring. Phenyl ring groups in the polymers were confirmed by the FTIR structure characterization. NMR spectra showed the phenyl ring groups was 10.2%, and GPC results showed molecular weight and its distribution of this polymer was 3.39×104 and 1.51. Then, the phenyl silicone rubber was further functionalized by the addition of thermo stable (Fe2O3), high temperature resistance and light weight (hollow glass beads), and reinforced fibers (glass fibers) fillers. The initial degradation temperature of this phenyl rubber in nitrogen was 445℃. |
